I'm Josh, the owner and operator of Dry Creek Renovations. I've lived in central Ohio for most of my life. I was born and raised in Muskingum County, and I married my wife in Licking County in 2009. In 2018, we purchased and renovated her grandparents' home. Since earning my BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology, I've worked in a variety of industries, including product development, lab testing, warehouse management, sales, and IT.

After the birth of our first son, I decided I wanted to do something different with my career. I wanted to work with my hands, be creative, and occasionally change scenery. I also wanted to do something that would make my customers happy.

I've always enjoyed building, tinkering, and repairing things, so in 2018 I started my home renovation journey with my father-in-law, Bill Hosler of Hosler Construction. Since then, I've been working on large-scale projects with Bill and tackling small and medium-sized renovations on the side.

In 2024, I took the leap and started my own business, Dry Creek Renovations. It's officially official!
